Parts counter was very helpful, probably the best service from a dealership parts centre. I live in Niagara Falls and the Dodge parts at dealership are #%$@^& monkeys and should be shut down for their deceptive behaviour. No help at all! Thank you gents at parts, give them a raise, without question!
Excellent. Great communication and parts arrived earlier than expected.
I called the dealer to confirm the proper parts, and they were extremely friendly and helpful in directing me to their online part sales where the prices were much much lower than anywhere I had checked. If the parts show up tomorrow morning as directed, I’ll be making the long drive to Scarborough for any Jeep parts that I need.
